Finum Tea Filter size large (braun) Up to 6 tea cups finum filters are internationally renown. The variety of sizes give each tea enthusiast the chance to enjoy their tea in their individually preferred manner. Our oxygen bleached paper is famous for its unique true-flavor filtering qualities. They are chlorine free and biodegradable. The double-fold bottom of the filter provides the tea leaves enough room for their flavor to fully unfold. With a practical long fill-in-flap, which makes it easier to fill in your tea. The flap is also used to fix the filter at the rim of your tea pot by closing the lid.

Best Filters Jul 26, 2010

I found that these are excellent filters to use when making a pot of tea. I'm pleased to say that I haven't had to clean loose leaves from my teapots since I've begun using these filters. For smaller amounts of tea, I use slimmer filters which are best for 1-2 cups of water.

Best size for a large pot of tea Jul 25, 2010
Im new to brewing my own loose leaf tea. I bought these filters because I couldnt fine a infuser to fit my pot. Im so glad I chose to make my own teabags instead. They hold up fairly well to more then one brewing.. I just put them in a ziplock and store them in the fridge until my next pot. I would recommend them.

Amazon is a rip-off May 10, 2010
Buyer Beware. I purchased the 100 Finum Tea Filters, Large from Amazon in Jan'10 & paid $5 (with free supersaver shipping on orders over $25), from Summit. The bags were ok, didn't always hold up, resulting in the tea needing to be strained. It is May'10 & time to reorder. What a shock! In 3 months, the price has increased to $7.81. I guess Amazon thinks people are stupid & automatically reorder, regardless of price. Well, I will be taking my business elsewhere. The brand is just average & not worth paying $2.81 more! Shame on you Amazon.

The bags are LARGE Mar 31, 2010
I didn't realize the bags were large when i purchased it. This is for entire pitchers of tea, not single cups.

The large size makes a BIG pot of tea, small ones good for one cup..not sure about the medium size.
They don't add a paper taste into the tea and they hold up very well when wet. We use our large tea bag to do two infusion, and the bag is still in great shape on day #2. Glad to see them on amazon because these are sometimes hard to track down in stores.
