much too small Jul 30, 2010 This too small to make even 1 cup of tea, and can be awkward to fill. Also the holes should be smaller.
umm... Jul 06, 2010 not very convenient of a product, hard to clean and reuse. filter bags work much better for me.
Does the job, but there is one problem... May 28, 2010 The Norpro Grip-EZ tea infuser has more or less done the job that I bought it for, but not without some hassle. The biggest problem lies with the black rubber grips on the handle. They basically make gripping more difficult as they just move freely around the metal handles, making it next to impossible to grip it by them without it shifting or slipping from your hand. When you're deal with loose tea, that's a pretty big deal. To compensate, I've found that I have to basically grip the infuser at the hinges right before the rubber handle covering begins. This gets the job done, but I'm pretty sure that's not how it was designed to be used. Otherwise, the infuser does the job, I don't get a lot of loose tea floating around and it's a breeze to clean. As it is, I give it a tentative recommendation at the price, as long as you're aware that the rubber handle covering is useless.

What's Not To Like? May 18, 2010 It says what it does, and does what it says. I found no problem gripping the handle, as one other reviewer complained of. Perhaps they received a defective unit or it was somehow damaged. The rubberized material has a no slip grip type of surface and is molded to the main body of the infuser quite well. It makes a great cup of tea. Reviewing this product is pretty limiting. It's only slightly more complex a piece of machinery than a salad fork, so there really isn't much else to say. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now with no problems. I would highly recommend it.
An easy to use tea infuser May 05, 2010 The product is useful, I actually like the rubber grip, as otherwise the metal would get a little too hot to handle. The ball closes nicely and effectively, and is small enough to fit snugly in a cup. The size is perfect for a cup of tea. Overall I highly recommend this.
