I bought this for my boyfriend for Father's Day. He drinks tea at night, and he likes loose herb teas. He uses an herb book to find the health problem and herbs used to help heal that problem instead of taking medicines when ill. He had always used tea balls but they were limited in his portions. I thought this would be a good gift and searched many tea pots, with infusers and read many reviews. The glass pots looked nice, but since most of those contained reviews about them being fragile, I decided to buy this one. It's the 6 cup pot and I've never seen him use a gift I got him so much in 6 years. With it being 6 cup, both of us can have some cups, and there is still some left for the next evening. The infuser is good too at keeping the loose tea in it and not falling out into the water like the tea balls seem to have done with each cup we'd make before getting the pot. Worth the buy!

The shipping container was badly damaged when we received it. Fortunately, the teapot was not damaged at all! It is a beautiful and practical addition to our tea service.

As a self-acknowwledged clutz, I seek out utilitarian kitchen tools that are not easily broken, but that doesn't mean I don't want to enjoy looking at the tools I use every day. This tea pot is stainless steel and so safe from my sleepy morning clumsiness, but it also looks great and does the job, both in the kitchen and in the media room, where the evening tea is usually consumed. (We also purchased the 4 cup version, allowing us to make a large, flavorful pot to share, and a smaller pot of medicinal tea, for pain, immune system support, etc.) Highly recommended.

I am very happy with this pot. It is easy to clean, stable, and best of all, made of stainless steel. No more worries about breaking.

This teapot has great shape & style. It holds enough for several big mugs or numerous cups of tea and keeps the tea very warm for quite a while. Be careful though, the ball on top of the lid gets finger-burning hot. Use a hot pad or cloth if you want to remove the steeping basket or teabags. Also, when tipping the pot high to drain that last cup, there can be slight leakage from the rim of the lid, but most importantly, the lid stays tight - it doesn't fall open. Overall, this is a really nice teapot.
