White tea is best brewed with water that is very hot, but not boiling. For stronger flavor, steep for a few minutes longer. Use up to 2 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea per cup.

Disappointing Mar 05, 2010
When I opened the much-anticipated package, it smelled dusty and stale, which should have been my first clue. When I looked closer, I found it was at least half twigs & sticks, and the other half a poor quality crispy dry 'white' tea with moldy-smelling lavender buds. Tried using it for tub tea...smelled musty there too! From now on I will stick to mixing my own - best I've found is Davidson's silver needle with Harney super blue.
